How do I navigate through marking?

  1. Coordinator: in this tab you can see all assessments for which you are coordinator.
  2. Assess: in this tab you can see all assessments for which you are a marker.
  3. Results: in this tab you will see the results of the students for which the results have been submitted.
  4. Re-scoring: in this tab you can apply re-scoring of questions per assessment.
  5. Remarks: in this tab you can see whether students have remarks on specific exam questions.

Coordinator

  1. The title of the assessment.
  2. The starting time of the schedule.
  3. The ending time of the schedule.
  4. The process of the reviewing the individual exams.
  5. The assessment status of the marking.
  6. Specific searching filter.
  7. To search you can type the title or the code here.
  8. Changing the overview of the table with extra assessment information.

Coordinator: filter and customize table

Filter

  1. The start date of the assessment.
  2. The end date of the assessment.
  3. The status of the assessment.
  4. The workflow of the searching.
  5. The hierarchy to which the schedule is attached.
  6. The type of assessment; formative, mixes, or summative.
  7. Whether the assessment is archieved or not.
  8. Reset all filters.

Customize table

9.    The standard columns present.
10.   Extra column to be added.
11.    Reset the overview to the standard settings.

Assess

  1. The title of assessment.
  2. The code of assessment.
  3. The assessment type, summative or formative.
  4. Date and time of last submission.
  5. The status of the marking process.
  6. To search you can type the title or the code here.

Results

  1. The title of assessment.
  2. The data and time when the last assessment was handed in.
  3. The hierarchy to which the schedule is attached.
  4. The pass rate percentage.
  5. The amount of published results.
  6. The button to publish the results, after the marking process has been completed.
  7. Select the correct view to see the results.

The see individual results of the students, click on the assessment. The following screen will be shown.

  1. The name of the candidate.
  2. The username of the candidate.
  3. The form which the student was presented with during the assessment.
  4. The date and time the candidate submitted the assessment.
  5. The time needed to to finish the assessment.
  6. The percentage scored.
  7. The score of the candidate.
  8. The grade of the candidate.
  9. The result of the candidate; satisfactory or not satisfactory.  
  10. The button which will allow to export the results.

Re-scoring

  1. The title of the schedule.
  2. The title of the assessment.
  3. The hierarchy to which the schedule is linked.
  4. The date and time the schedule was last planned.
  5. Percentage passed.
  6. The date and time when the re-scoring was done.
  7. Filter to choose between Not rescored and rescored.

Remarking

Here you can see whether remarks have been made on a assessment. Please ask your Faculty Coordinator Digital Assessments for more information on this topic.
