I have downloaded the Brightspace ePortfolio but received a notification saying the educational institution does not support the application, what do I do?
There are two possible causes:
- You have downloaded the wrong portfolio app. The right app is called Brightspace ePortfolio. You can download it here.
- When you log in for the first time, the app asks for the URL of your institution. Enter brightspace.ru.url here. Afterwards you can use your Brightspace information to log in.
