How do I get help before and during a (demo) test?

We’re here for you if you need help. If you have questions you can contact one of the e-support staff available on this Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or issues. 

During exam periods the  chat will be staffed on all weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00 o'clock. When the chat is not staffed, questions will be send to the coordinating RU-team. We strive to answer your question within one working day.
