Not all answer options are visible in Cirrus or I cannot scroll down to the end of the essay answer field. What do I do?
Unfortunately it might occur that not all answer options are visible for a certain question. This might have to do with your computer's screen resolution. You can change the screen resolution of your computer (this can also be done during the assessment, be sure to report it in the e-supportchat).
Here is how you change the screen resolution when you have a Windows system:
- Go to display settings.
- Change the resolution to the recommended setting. Each different screen might have a different optimal setting. Windows will always show the recommended setting for your screen.
- You can also change the size of the font and the apps to the recommended setting.
- Click apply.
- When you return to the assessment you have to go to the previous or next question; this will refresh the page. The page should be displayed correctly from now on.
