How do I start using Evalytics?
If you want to start using Evalytics, the education administration of your faculty has to create an account in Evalytics and add you to evaluations. Afterwards you can log in to Evalytics. The administration will add your Radboud account to Evalytics so you can use your Radboud credentials when you log in. If you do not have a Radboud account (i.e. a U, Z, or E number), you can also be added to Evalytics with your email address.
If you want to start using Evalytics but do not have access, please contact the education administration of your faculty. If you have additional questions, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a teacher you cannot create evaluations in Evalytics. The education administration of your faculty creates the evaluations and connects you to it once they are ready. Evalytics contains default questionnaires the administration can use to create the evaluation, but it is also possible to submit your own questionnaires to the administration.
- You can choose from (a combination of) a course evaluation, a teacher evaluation and an exam evaluation.
- You can use an evaluation code to let students take the evaluation in class. You can also send an invitation to students (push message, text message, email) and let them fill out the evaluation in their own time.
- If desired, the administration can send a notification or reminder to students if the evaluation is sent per email.
